From yahoo news: the first ever advance pricing agreement between China and Japan has been concluded, and this for a major Japanese electronics manufacturer. The repercussions for foreign investment in China are considerable: multinationals can operate in a more stable environment and no longer have to renegotiate their tax conditions every year.
