The objective of this draft is to fix the tax rate and to develop the tax system relating to the agreements signed between Tunisia and foreign companies eager to transport natural gas through the Tunisian territory. The draft stipulates the development of an agreement of reference fixing the conditions of the operations of transport of natural gas .
